INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY AND POTENTIAL DISRUPTIONS DUE TO COVID-19:

 

As part of continuing to bring you the products you love we are working with our delivery partners to ensure you experience minimum delays with any orders during this unprecedented period. 


Our focus is on getting you your orders as efficiently and safely as possible. If there is a delay please understand that our delivery partner is experiencing extraordinary circumstances. Contact us and we will assist in providing a solution.  

 

For Australian Customers - During this period your safety remains a priority, so we have implemented contact free delivery. 


This is how it works:

 

  • The delivery person will knock on your door, before placing your package next to the door, out of the weather and moving away. If at home you will have the ability to note your name and details - no signature will be required to avoid physically handing a shared pen.

 

  • As needed and if secure to do so (if no one is home) the delivery person will leave the goods out of the weather in a safe place near your front door and follow the authority to leave process.

 

  • Although not seeing the potential of delivery hold ups, we acknowledge that things are changing day by day at this stage. So please reach out to us via  [email protected] should you experience any reasonable delay that is not communicated here. You can also utilise the tracking details that are provided as part of the order confirmation pages. 

 

For Our New Zealand Customers - The New Zealand Government's response to COVID-19 has evolved rapidly with the announcement of Level 4 lockdown measures.

What this means for our New Zealand customers is that any orders made as of 14th April will be produced and delievered within New Zealand.
Orders will be printed and prioritised for postage in the order that they are received. We will work to ensure that that there is no delay. 

As always we will continue to work closely with the New Zealand government and health officials during this period.

We appreciate your understanding. We are all in this together, and it won't last forever.

 

For Global Customers - Our distribution and production is currently being managed from Australia. But due to the changing nature of COVID-19 management there may be delays due to limitations that can be implemented by government restrictions in each country we operate in. At all stages we will work to keep you informed of our responses to any government changes as they apply to orders. As always we thank you for your continued support. 

 

Your Orders - Our production process follows a strict protocol focused on; social distancing, sanitising and health monitoring of the workforce to fully comply with all Government Recommendations. Our major concern at the moment is the continued well being of our staff and our community. As such staff numbers are strictly controlled, along with sanitisation and cleaning being applied to the workplace. This ensures a healthy work environment and continued operation. The end result is that your orders are treated with a focus on hygiene, and the final package you receive remains safe.
