Anyway, what I\u2019m trying to say is \u2013 as a woman or a Mum \u2013 you\u2019re on your feet all day. It\u2019s time to give your feet a break. This is not an activity to undertake in front of the TV with small children running around (and tempted to splash around!). The benefits of a foot bath are multi-faceted. It\u2019s partly about your feet, but it\u2019s partly about the psychological value that comes with silence and solitude.<\/p>\n

Candles are just getting better and better. The scents are getting more refined and exquisite. I smelt a lemon and sandalwood candle recently that was simply divine. Pop into a candle shop and enjoy shopping around for your preferred scent. The candle you choose may be expensive, but there are some today that last for hours and hours, so opt for a long-lasting variety and enjoy it for what will seem like forever! That said, for affordability and versatility tea lights are always a winner. Mix it up a bit.<\/p>\n

3. Smelly Stuff<\/h2>\n

Here, we\u2019re talking potpourri, fragrance sticks, smelly soaps, incense, oils and oil burners. Not only do all these items smell remarkable, many claim to have calmative effects. They also look visually beautiful – a clever, affordable way to decorate your woman cave.<\/p>\n
